SHIPPING

For ready-to-wear garments (if the model is available), the order will be processed and shipped
within 1-3 days.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Within 48 hours
(as for smaller settlements it may take up to 2-3 working days) it will be at the address you
specified or at an ECONT office.

We offer FREE delivery in Bulgaria for all orders over 300 BGN. The shipping rate of all orders
under 300 BGN is 10BGN.

International delivery (outside Bulgaria) can take from 3 to 10 working days.
We offer FREE worldwide delivery for all orders over €300. The shipping rate of all orders under
€300 depends on the country of delivery and is between €10 and €20.

RETURNS

You may return any product ordered on atelieralexander.com within thirty (14) calendar days
from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original commercial condition:
unused, untreated, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
The sale of custom-tailored clothing (formal and wedding dresses) is a final sale. We do not
offer returns and/or exchanges on customised items.
With each shipment, you will receive an exchange and return form which you must complete
and send back to us with the goods you wish to return or exchange.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as custom-tailored orders
or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific
item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund
was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
